Riddles and Puzzles

A kid and his father were driving 100 MPH on a freeway, when they crashed into a tree. The kid's father died. A doctor went to the place where they crashed to help the kid but when the doctor saw the kid, the doctor said "That's My Son!".

How is that possible?!
